WINE STYLES JOINS THE FORUM SHOPS

WILMINGTON, NC – Swain & Associates, LLC, a commercial real estate developer headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina announced today that in July WineStyles will open at The Forum Shops, a specialty retail center at 1125 Military Cutoff Road.  Currently located at Landfall Center, WineStyles will relocate its existing store by expanding into a larger space at The Forum.

“We are very flattered that WineStyles saw fit to consider our development for the relocation of its Wilmington store,” said David Swain, Owner of Swain & Associates.  “Wine Styles is an excellent store with an exemplary reputation for impeccable wines,” he added. 

At The Forum Shops WineStyles will occupy space adjacent to NOFO Market and Café.  WineStyles is a retail wine store that aims to demystify and simplify the wine buying process by bringing a variety of great tasting and inexpensive wine labels under one roof. Each location has unique labels, many of which are regional, local or hard-to-find bottles from small and large vineyards worldwide.  In North Carolina WineStyles operates stores in Asheville, Greensboro, Apex, Raleigh and Wilmington.  There are over 150 locations nationwide.
