GREAT CLIPS JOINS CARTERET CROSSING SHOPPING CENTER

WILMINGTON, NC – Swain & Associates, LLC, a commercial real estate developer headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina announced today that Great Clips plans to open a location at Carteret Crossing Shopping Center in Cape Carteret, North Carolina.  Great Clips, Quizno’s Sub and Sherwin-Williams will co-anchor Phase III of the development, a 12,100 square foot expansion to the existing shopping center. 

“We are pleased that Great Clips has decided to join our development,” said David Swain, owner of Swain and Associates.  “Great Clips will be a great addition to the community.  They offer a quality service at an affordable price.” 

Carteret Crossing is a 90,000 square foot Shopping Center anchored by Lowe’s Food, Blockbuster Video, Sherwin-Williams, Walgreen’s and Wachovia Bank.  In 2007 Swain & Associates developed a Lowe’s Home Improvement Store adjacent to the center.
