David Swain Wins 2008-2009 March Of Dimes Award
H. David Swain Receives March of Dimes Visionary Award

WILMINGTON, NC – H. David Swain, Chairman of the Board of Swain & Associates, has been named recipient of the 2008 March of Dimes Leadership Visionary Award. This marks the first time the distinction has been presented to a Commercial Developer in Southeastern North Carolina.
The March of Dimes Leadership Visionary Award was established to honor a member of the commercial real estate community who has demonstrated a long history of service. Recipients are chosen for their outstanding leadership and vision in their community.
Swain is to be presented the award for the March of Dimes by former Wilmington Mayor Spense Broadhurst at the 2008 "Visionary Gala" to be held at Cape Fear County Club Friday September 19, 2008. The Gala is by invitation only and is expected to raise in excess of $50,000 to aid the March of Dimes continuing mission to prevent premature birth.
